i would probably suggest that there is a 15% reduction in the distance you can be from a stellar object or cloaked ship per level of Cloaking Harmonics before you are decloaked. so at 5 you can be 500m from something before being decloaked. this...

oh, they come from the drone regions do they? i thought they were removed from the game because they were so rare and the components were isolated left behind components that were forgotten, like the cosmos 'storyline' bits. -

im sure people will use it, you might not. but compressed ore would be a boon, and you need cap ship skills to fly a rorq, and tbh, its a 0.0 thing only. moving eleventy billion units of ore in a freighter or orca would be useful, no matter where....

it just seems like ore and mineral compression could do with a bit of love instead of being a rorq only special ability. what is mobile could be static. perhaps you dont want to build stuff in your pos because its in the wrong spot for moving fin...

We have ore compression BPs but its limited to those in a rorq. not everyone can pilot one and they cant enter HS and most WHs and refinery arrays arnt as good as a HS station with good standings. what i propose is a POS module that can compress...
